About

Vision

End homelessness on the Eastside by fully aligning the resources and talents of service providers, government, business and philanthropy.

Together

Community-Based Solutions

The Eastside has immense resources, talent, and energy that has not been fully tapped to address homelessness in our community. We must work together, create a plan, and strengthen our support for residents experiencing homelessness so they can access stable housing and lead fulfilling lives. We are committed to supporting the great work already being done across our communities by coordinating the resources and talents of the nonprofit, government, business, and philanthropy sectors to develop and implement a community-driven plan to address the issue of homelessness on the Eastside.

PHASE I

Work with service providers, government, business and philanthropy to create a plan to end homelessness on the Eastside.

PHASE II

Begin to execute tactics and solutions set forth by the community to ultimately align the need for shelter with available housing and services.

PHASE III

Adjust and expand solutions based on learned best practices until the vision of ending homelessness on the Eastside is achieved.
