Pat McDermott

Pat, a lifelong resident of Washington State, epitomizes a blend of professional acumen and committed community service. Hailing from Longview and an alumnus of the University of Washington, Pat’s diverse career trajectory spans public and private accounting, commercial banking, and financial management.

Now semi-retired and a Bellevue resident for over 35 years, Pat’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through his track record as a company builder, with successful exits from several ventures.

Since 1996, his business has focused on three companies – AH Lundberg Associates, Amnis Corporation, and Cully Enterprises, all of which culminated in successful exit sales. With a preference for companies with fewer than 100 employees, Pat excels in team building, operational management, and fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels, underlined by a service-oriented ethos.

In the non-profit sector, Pat’s dedication is equally remarkable. He has held board positions with Sophia Way, Imagine Housing, and Congregations for the Homeless (PorchLight). All of these organizations serve those experiencing homelessness in East King county.
