Tom Pozarycki
Tom Pozarycki followed his passion for outdoor adventure from his hometown in Vienna, Virginia to Washington State. For the past 25 years he has enjoyed playing and working in Puget Sound. Tom enjoys being a dad to his three children and trying to catch his wife at triathlons.
Tom has 25 years of commercial banking experience and is responsible for leading commercial and retail banking in Northern Washington for WaFd Bank.
Tom joined WaFd Bank 15 years ago and has enjoyed managing through the company’s transition to a digital first full-service consumer and commercial bank. WaFd Bank operates in 9 western states having over 2,000 employees with $22 billion in assets.
Tom has Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
He serves on the Boards for the Downtown Seattle Association and Bellevue Downtown Association.
Tom and his team of bankers are actively building community one relationship at a time through individual volunteer efforts coupled with direct financial support from the WaFd Bank Foundation.
